Hey there!
Welcome to NaviPath, my name is Leslie, the founder and CEO.
I consider myself to be a builder. Throughout my career, I have found myself in roles that have allowed me to bring visions to reality through innovation, resourcefulness and efficiency.
How I live my personal and professional lives are based on three foundational values - education, building community and helping others.

As humans we are complex beings with many interests. Nonetheless, everything starts with an idea. Maybe you want to go back to school. Maybe you want to plan your next job move. Maybe you want to set out on your own.
I offer consultations to working professionals seeking a consultant to support them in their personal and professional growth and development.

I have worked in the realm of AmeriCorps, college preparation and now, higher education. My experiences have allowed me to create countless programming, resources and guides on the before, during and after college.
Consultations, College Admissions Workshops and Adulting Workshops focused on school and life after college are available to high school juniors, seniors, college students and recent college graduates!

Working as a Higher Education professional, I understand the nuances and complexities of the U.S. Higher Education system. Both my lived and professional experiences have provided me with valuable insight to be able to advocate, advise and develop programming catered to students who identify as BIPOC, first-generation, low-income, and/or undocumented.
Over the past few years, I have specialized in developing resources and support structures for non-u.s. students without documentation (ie. undocumented, DACA- or TPS-status). This includes, the UAlly Certificate Program which is a three-part training on how higher education professionals can be an ally to undocumented college students and better support them through their professional role/office on campus.
Educators are offered consultations and trainings related to higher education. Additionally, I offer Graduate School Workshops and How To sessions for college students should you and/or your team be interested in offering them to your students!
