Delivery Options Provided
NaviPath Consulting LLC offers all of its paper materials as digital files that can be delivered to customers automatically via unique downloading links. It is important to note that the unique download link will be active for 48 hours after which it will expire and the Customer will be required to issue another purchase if they were unable to click on the unique download link within the 48 hour time frame. Moreover, digital files have a maximum of 3 download attempts.
Inquiries for Workshops and Trainings can be delivered in-person or virtually via Google Meet. Meanwhile, all Consultations are performed virtually via Google Meet.
Processing Orders to Shipping
Since NaviPath Consulting LLC provides all of its paper materials as digital files, the option to ship a product is not available.
Payment Options Provided
The following is the list of the payment options we provide on our Site. We do not guarantee the validity of the rates at the date you complete the purchase. For Products available on our NaviPath Store, the actual cost will be calculated at the checkout prior to completing the order. For Consultations, the actual cost will be calculated after the consultation meeting. For Workshops and Trainings, the actual cost will be calculated after the initial consultation appointment and a proposed contract including final costs will be emailed to the customer within one week from the initial consultation date. We do our best to keep the information on this page as accurate as possible, but occasionally information may be inaccurate. In this case, please contact us by any available means to inform us about the inaccuracy and we will take necessary measures to correct the information
Cardless (Mobile) Payment
You can pay using a third-party payment processing provider service like QuickBooks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc. To do so, choose the necessary payment option at checkout.
Card Payment
We accept cards with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express symbol.
Keeping your online payments secure is our number one priority. That means you might need to verify your card payment with 3D Secure to complete your transaction. Contact your bank to learn more about 3D Secure authentication.
Encrypted Transactions

Purchases Made Through Our Store
You will be charged after Checkout If your card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Your card will not be charged until we start processing your order. If your card transaction isn't approved, your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.
Purchases Made For Consultations, Workshops & Trainings
For Consultations, you will be sent an Invoice via Quickbooks after the consulting appointment to complete your payment. For Workshops and Trainings, you will be sent an Invoice via Quickbooks at the conclusion of the workshop and will have up to 30 days to fulfill your payment.
PayPal Payment
To pay with PayPal follow the next steps:
Select PayPal as your payment method at the checkout.
You'll then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.
If you're already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you're new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
You'll then return to NaviPath and your order and payment will be complete!
Gift Cards
NaviPath Consulting LLC currently does not accept Gift Cards.
